Terms and Conditions

1. Services
  • Solero Fitness provides one-on-one and small group personal training.
  • Programs are tailored to the information provided by each client and may be modified where necessary.
2. Booking & Payment
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Sessions cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice may be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice or missed appointments may be charged in full.
  • Genuine emergencies may be considered at Solero Fitness's discretion.
4. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise at Solero Fitness's discretion.
5. Client Health Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information.
  • Complete the Adult Pre-Exercise Screening (APSS) before commencing training.
  • Inform Solero Fitness of any injury, illness or medical condition that may affect safe participation.
  • Notify Solero Fitness of any changes to their health during ongoing training.
6. Assumption of Risk

Clients acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks, including:

  • Muscle soreness
  • Sprains
  • Strains
  • Dizziness
  • Falls
  • Aggravation of existing injuries
  • Cardiovascular events

Although Solero will take reasonable precautions, these risks cannot be completely eliminated and participation is voluntary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Solero Fitness is not responsible for injuries or losses arising from:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Failure to follow trainer instructions.
  • Failure to disclose relevant medical information.
  • Risks inherent in physical exercise.

The terms expressly state that nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

Personal information is collected only for:

  • Providing fitness services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Communicating with clients.
  • Complying with legal and insurance obligations.

Information will be stored securely and only shared where required by law or with the client's consent.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in the Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law.
